Commission : Tea for Two

This was a piece done for a client who owns the lavish, lovely blonde girl Britain. One of her close friends--the owner of the charming red-haired girl, Cherish Pink--is soon going to move away to college, and she requested me to draw their OCs together in a sort of delightful tea party in a garden. I really wanted to do a good job because I have a feeling this is an important friendship between them, so I've been working hard at it for close to three weeks now, between driving lessons and moving and ahhhh!

I haven't done something this pretty and meticulous and delicious in... forever. It was a pleasure. I especially like the background and the cute bunnies! Not to mention I love doing commissions for people who really, well, need it. Emotionally, I mean. I always think that as people who can do art (and, in my case, little else LOL), I want to be able to be the medium that brings someone else's vision to life. Success is the sweet sweet sound of a commissioner being squealy and happy over their final product. My two cents C:
