A week later and only a splash page? /dodges tomatoes.
Lessons I learned from this page: Screentoning is a ridiculously difficult process.
Despite obvious compositional and other little flaws, I refuse to go back and change it because I'd like to see my progress and improvement. Yay~
But welcome to an old friend of mine, and a new friend to you.

This really shows the lovely textures in the black and white. The character looks so scholarly and serene. And I love love love those glasses!
I really like the way the character is moving down the cover. The negative space gives the eye a break in a solid field of a single figure.

glasses! he wears glasses all the time 8D but I always manage to forget on a page or two to draw the glasses on him... OTL...
