Ladies and gents, as a side note, I am open for Gijinka and regular commissions.
Vaporeon, the Bubble Jet Pokémon.
Age range wise, Vaporeon is who I think is probably in the middle of all the Eeveelutions. She's supposed to be a very classy and cheerful young lady who always does things with style.
Vapor's very playful and she adores to dress things up (her usual victims are Eevee and Leafeon, though Glaceon succumbs on occasion since she knows Vaporeon's got taste.)
Vapor gets along very well with Flareon, but she sometimes KOs him by accident if she gets too excited and sprays water all over him. She likes to tease Jolteon (and gets teased back; they bicker a lot, those two), but she also likes to keep the group together
Vaporeon is peppy and talkative, though not annoyingly so (even if Jolt swears otherwise).
In terms of Espeon and Umbreon: they both intimidate her, a little. She's on her best behaviour around Umbreon (sometimes if she talks to much, he just stares at her, and then she shuts up), but she's also on cuddly I-would-like-some-attention-please-mode around Espeon
Fun fact! By a recent change, no, Vapor cannot have human legs on land, although she has lungs. She wishes she could, so she could pose in some of her own outfit schemes.

Yeah so I'm dead tired. I promised myself I'd finish Vaporeon this session so I did. In case anybody wants to know, her shawl was a pain in the netherregions and the pearls should be nominated the most fun award.
I huzzahed when I realized Vaporeon tails are more dolphin-like than fish-like. NO SCALES MWAHAHAHA. Both of them are a little out of proportion, but their colours are also the most harmonious You can also kind of see Vaporeon's cleavage under the bib (which, after much painful speculation, I decided to turn into a top rather than keep at her neck), but bear with me, people.
